Division I (Ages 5-9)

My drawing is representing the life and future of a seed. A seed is buried in the soil and then sprout, attracting even a butterfly to come. The first tree is when the seed grows up in Spring, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th tree is how it transforms its shape in the summer, autumn, and winter time. The rain and sunset represent that after the rain the sun shines and a rainbow is shown. The light green and dark green of tree leaves represents that the tree grows and its leaves change darker and they would not look the same. In autumn, the tree leaves are falling down while in winter leaves are all gone. I want to let people know how a seed can become a tree in this painting, and how beautiful the nature is.
