The central idea I want to express in my work around the theme of "plant the seed" is "hope". When I was creating, I thought of people in the future or creatures with similar shapes to humans. Due to the advancement of human technology, there are few natural resources left to be used, and the pollution caused by people to nature also changes with time. The passage of time gradually became indifferent to nature. When people look back on the past and realize how important it is to plant and protect precious nature, the green earth that has been ruined no longer exists, and the only thing left is this painting, which has not been destroyed by time. What my painting is showing is an auction, an auction that people of the future will hold to get this painting that represents hope. The world-famous painting "Mona Lisa" I used symbolizes the value of the painting that was auctioned, and I replaced the Mona Lisa's head with a bellflower because one of the symbols of the bellflower is "eternal hope". The placard that people hold in their hands is the price they are willing to pay for the painting. I hope this work can make people further appreciate and value the gifts brought by nature, which give birth to many lives.
