Eco-Art Competition.

My artwork relates to the theme, Our Earth, Our Home, by comparing the Earth's beautiful vastness to us people who are living in it. As humans, we tend to take the Earth for granted, in hardly taking the time to stand and appreciate our home. In messing with the proportions I created an illustration showing the true magnitude of the world compared to the character. The character is shown to be exploring the Earth, taking her time to just stop and appreciate the scenery. By looking at my artwork I hope that people feel inspired to take time in their lives to truly look at our world. I want people to realize how important it is to keep this beauty alive and take action to take better care of our Earth. I want people to see that our home is beautiful, and like any house, we must take care of it.
