2021 - Division II (Ages 10-13)

Through from media, I realized that lots of serious environmental issues around the world. I was deeply sorry and thought carefully about how could I involve fixing that problem. I'm an artist and an environmentalist. I can't just sit there and watch the news anymore! So, I start to participate in local clean-up events and I started cleanup around my town with my parents since I was Nine.Every time I hope there isn't any trash around my town, but my 13 gallons of trash bag is filled with lots of different kinds of trashes so quickly with such as cigarette butts, plastic bottles, pet waste bags, and etc.For some of the recyclable items, I will go recycle center and get them cashed and I will donate them to the local environmental association. Picking up trash is very important as my artwork shows that sign " No Dumping Drains to Ocean" I will keep doing this for my one and only planet for us and for our next generations. As a person living on earth, environmental issues are strongly important to me because, without a healthy environment, we all can't stay healthy. So we all have to take good care of this planet like we take good care of our body. There are many different ways that take good care of our planet. My own way is to clean up my town. so I made this artwork based on my true story. I used 100% of recycled materials such as plastic pieces and magazine papers. I hope my artwork makes people feel motivated so they can see what I am doing and more people start doing something for our one and only planet. I believe we still have hope. So, Act Now Together!
