Division IV (Ages 19-22)

This artwork portrays the severe air pollution that might affect Malaysian's health if no remedies have been taken. Besides, the weather will be aggressively increased temperature early, and the changing climate will affect our daily lifestyle. In the artwork, you can see the foreground showing the cracked road, covered with a lot of rubbish that reflects Malaysia's environmental problems. The background offers an air pollution environment covered with much smoke and dust. I use mixed media, acrylic paint, crayon. dual-tip pens, and colored pencils to complete this artwork. I intended to set the hand with Malaysian's sleeve as the focal point is planting the cactus seed I want to use my work to raise the awareness of caring about our environment and work together to solve this serious problem.
