The environmental pollution in the world today is very serious. Humans have caused all kinds of pollution, produced a large amount of carbon dioxide, and heated the earth. As a result, the glaciers in the Antarctic and the Arctic are melting in large quantities. It is said that it takes only 200 years for humans to reach the accumulation of carbon dioxide caused by 1 million years of volcanic eruptions. My works are represented by turtles, victims of environmental pollution. The image of turtles represents the fragile environment of the earth today. The turtle shell shows several consequences of environmental pollution. On the other side, I show solutions. This method is seeding, because only plants can consume large amounts of carbon dioxide to produce oxygen. Humans have cut down too many rainforests, and what we need now is to replant these rainforests. So on the other hand, I painted rainforests and planted seedlings, as well as using clean energy and discarding those fossil fuels. Clean energy is sustainable and a way of caring for the earth. With the idea of waste utilization, I used the inner pages of discarded magazines as materials to collage this work. I hope I can also do my part for environmental protection. This is also a small seed I planted for the earth. I hope that those who see this work will also plant a seed of their own for the earth at some point and help protect the environment.
