Eco-Art Competition 2022

Though my art work, I have expressed that the starting point of the various environmental elements namely flora and fauna, in which we live, are a result of planting of a Seed, which can create a ‘heaven on earth’. The heaven is understood to be a place where everything is beautiful, peaceful and in abundance. When the Seed is planted in the lap of nature, it germinates into a beautiful plant and then a tree and the flora of the planet earth. A number of such green trees create the most conducive environment for every life form to thrive. In my art work, I have shown how the various animals and beautiful flowers are within a Seed, each one their happiest and peaceful, waiting to bud into a bustling eco-system for the human life to spread its wings. This environmental element is important to me since we keep taking more and more resources from the nature, so it is very important that we should let the nature rejuvenate by giving it back. I have also shown that we can support this environmental element by the use of renewable sources of energy such as Wind Energy and Solar Energy, constructing green buildings, which reduce green- house effect, use of car-pooling, so that we do not over exploit the resources of mother earth. In my artwork, I have painted a vibrant, green, clean, healthy and energy efficient earth, which is no less than heaven on earth and all this is achievable by simply planting a Seed. I am sure that all those who view my artwork will get the message that the beautiful and green earth is our heaven and hope that each one will understand their role and contribution to have our mother earth as beautiful as I have painted.
