Eco-Art Competition 2022

In my watercolor painting, Vine of Energy, I am trying to plant the seed of an idea, a question: What does not fit into the larger picture? I want the viewer to think about what needs to be eliminated from energy production in order to cut carbon emissions. I hope that viewers will see the problems with our reliance on fossil fuels. Climate and environmental justice activism are important to me because I want to give a healthy Earth to my children, grandchildren, and all future generations, and I hope that my art can inspire other people to feel that way, too.
