Eco-Art Competition 2022

Year by year the Earth changes. We know that the Earth is not going to be here forever, don’t we? In my piece I wanted to capture how everything affects the Earth, no matter if it is good or bad. The old man represents the Earth, the inside of his face shows what the Earth has been through, how it has changed and how beautiful it is. I used light colours for the face but chose to use darker tones for the surroundings. People should be aware that it is so easy to ,,hurt” our planet and that no matter what we should choose to help it be here longer; by reduction in the use of plastic or helping the plants grow. Give our planet a second change in living a good life and plant the seed, just help how you can. I would like others to see the world differently, when they look at my piece, to see that the Earth has been through so much and has changed maybe for the better and maybe for the worse.
