Eco-Art Competition 2022

Our Earth is the only planet which has life, so we must protect it. The environmental problem I am showing is - the water in the ocean, seas and rivers getting polluted because of irresponsible human activities, which is harming the animals. I show this because the oil which is spreading into the water is hurting the marine life. The trash is also making the sea animals sick. The smoke which is coming out of the factory is making the air bad to breathe in. I am preventing this from happening by showing a man – “Captain Earth” pulling out all the trash and pollution from the ocean. This idea is important because it shows that our actions are polluting the water bodies and harming the natural habitat of sea life. You should not pollute and harm the animals living in the ocean. When people see my work, I hope that it will inspire them to not pollute, not only in the ocean but on land and in the air. I hope it will encourage them to be like “Captain Earth” and keep the environment clean and green and save the natural habitat of animals and birds. - Nishka Shah
