Plant the seed urges members of our global community to apply initiative of tradition and technology to heal our Earth. Mother Nature has long been the personified, nurturing depiction of our natural world. Thus, in depicting the ultimate healing of our environment from technology exists a healing image of Mother Nature, personified to draw further impact as viewers become sensitive to the wounded human. Holding the theme of personification, a single lifeline exists for her character. As our aversive actions have injured her, the oxygen mask fueled in greenery communicates the ultimate essential solution to healing our atmosphere and destroyed ecosystems. The damage our ambitious efforts in bettering life for humanity has resulted in detrimental effects to our motherland, and it seems a disconnect has formed between the dire necessity for a healthy earth to support our existence. For this reason the personification of land is of great significance, urging those viewing to realign our roots and harmonious relationship with the environment. Awakening in a day I expected to be like no other in the Fall of 2020, I struggled to see any sign of a sun. In the coming days, a cloudy atmosphere of fiery red halted all activities in the west coast region as we feared the damage the raging fires would real forever havoc on our health, and they would. Observing the wounded Mother Nature, I hope the audience understands that we hurt as nature bleeds. Our successes only deserve true praise so long as they are rooted with consideration towards the prosperity of the environment. It is my goal for viewers to realign the disconnect between themselves and the environment, and understand that despite the wondrous power technology holds, and its essence the true healer is nature itself.
