I feel as if my artwork represents this theme (Our Earth, Our Home) because our Earth is going through a lot of things like pollution and extinction of animals. In this piece, I drew a girl who I implied to be Mother Nature with vines around her that are trying to help, while she looks around her seeing what happened to her creations. This topic is an issue to me because seeing trash everywhere I go makes me feel bad, which is why I try to pick up as much trash as possible and try encouraging others to clean up trash as well. The elements I used for this project are Color, Texture and Value. I feel as if this piece could affect others because it shows the dangers of pollution, animals being sold and also global warming.
