Water, land, and plants relate to the theme “Our Earth, Our Home” because they are apart of what makes the planet Earth. The painting shows Earth where there is a growing tree, green land, and water with the recycling symbol indicating that Earth’s environment be kept clean by recycling. As it shows, as long as there’s water, there’s land, however water being essential to our life, it gets wasted or is contaminated. Its important to me that without water humans wouldn’t go on living without it along with other living things like most plants will never grow or survive long without it. I used the colors green and blue as a water color to indicate water and land on Earth. The black background indicates Earth being in space around stars showing in big letters the theme. For those who sees this painting entry, I want them to see the message that i painted to give. That we humans all live in one Earth, in one World; it is our home that we all have to maintain. It shows to save water, let trees grow and continue to grow, and more grass lands to grow and feel breeze. This shows a message that the whole planet Earth is our home and that to keep Earth pure and clean by recycling water and end waste.
