My environmental elements show the relation to Plant the Seed through depicting how each new plant can bring great change. The small bunch of flowers growing from their vase with their seeds leads to a field of flowers and great landscape of nature. It depicts how even the smallest contributions we make to help nature such as planting a few flowers can cause great change. Every attempt to improving the environment can be beneficial, especially when we all work together, represented in the field of flowers. Below the field of flowers I created a smokey and dark atmosphere where my vase sits on top of a sawed off tree, the difference in atmospheres between the upper portion of my image and the lower portion show the beneficial changes that planting new life brings versus the continuing harm that humankind inflicts on the environment as we continue to ignore the extreme damage we are bringing to it. This damage to the environment is greatly important to me as it causes harm to all living beings. Animals and humans alike, the adverse changes in the environment are hurting us as we continue to live, through things such as global warming, pollution, and poor air quality, putting in the utmost effort to bring change together is the only way to help combat the quickly deteriorating natural world. Using a mix of color pencils, gouache, acrylics, and some other materials, I hope to inspire those to view this drawing to try to bring a change in the world. Even a small change such as the one I've depicted, growing a flower at home, planting a few seeds, can help. Every effort is crucial.
