Eco-Art Competition 2022

Plant the seed My drawing signifies that we need to plant the seed of unity to save the earth from extinction. Small droplets of water come together to form an ocean, likewise, humans need to come together to conserve the environment through sustainable practices. The smallest of actions like avoiding the use of plastics and encouraging the use of eco-friendly materials can make a huge difference in the rate at which our forests are being depleted. The idea is something that I care about very closely as humans from all countries should come together and plant trees to increase the green cover. Trees provide us with much-needed resources Fruits for nutrition and Wood for fire. But the most important resource that trees provide us is Oxygen which is necessary for us to breathe. Hence, planting more trees and conserving the existing trees is extremely important. I hope people understand the importance of unity and sustainability of the earth when they look at my sketch. Another aspect that I would like to highlight through my sketch is that humans and the earth are co-dependent, and we should protect and preserve the earth for future generations.
